From bartender to business owner, in 2008, Amanda started out slinging drinks in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Nearly two decades later, their bond—and their love for the city—has only grown stronger.
Cleveland Jerky Co. was born from that energy: part hustle, part hometown pride, and a whole lot of flavor.
The real magic goes back even further—to Amanda’s grandparents, who perfected their marinade recipe on the Old McGill Farm. Friends and family gathered for generations over those bold, smoky flavors.
Now, with their blessing, our families proudly share that same tradition with you and yours.
